END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) and Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and BisDog.Com BisDog.Net (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the BisDog.Net(“Application”).

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application.
  • Use the Application for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any disruptive activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or other users’ accounts.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Application.

4. User Content

If you submit or upload content to the Application, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.

5. Termination and Cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license will immediately end, and you must cease all use of the Application.

To cancel your subscription email support@bisdog.com. Your subscription will be cancelled after 30 days of nonpayment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

 10. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR/CCPA Compliance)

  • Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our bisdog.com/privacy-policy/
  • GDPR Rights: If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You may also object to processing.
  • CCPA Rights: If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of your personal information.
  • Data Requests: To exercise your rights, contact us at support@bisdog.com. We will respond within legally required timeframes.

11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

12. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if local law requires) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

13. User Account and Responsibilities
If the Site requires registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
